* Provides on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring of team members. * Works closely with manager/assistant manager of Bowling Center to assist with day-to-day operation of the Bowling Center, including coordinating tasks and reviewing work.

The Bowling Center Staff Lead is responsible for working closely with manager/assistant manager of Bowling Center on the day-to day operations of the Bowling Center, ensuring staff perform job duties that are assigned, reviewing work assignment, providing on-the job training, and performing the essential duties of Bowling Staff position.
